These terms cover lotustimer.com and the apps LotusTimer for iPhone and LotusTimer HD for iPad, from Agni Systems & Dev., Inc.

The apps

Each app is a one-time purchase on the App Store. There is no subscription.

If you download an app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to that download, together with these terms.

The website

The site describes the apps and how to reach us.

As they are

The website and the apps are provided as they are. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. A warranty that the law requires, and that cannot be waived, still applies.

If something goes wrong

Where the law allows a limit, our liability for a claim about an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app. For a claim only about the website, we accept no liability beyond what the law already requires. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss where the law allows that limit.
